An iDirect solution also does not limit the end user on what IP applications they can use, as many other systems do. It is important to make the network infrastructure agnostic with the applications that an end-customer is looking to do. Over the iDirect system any TCP and IP application will work. iDirect has implemented numerous optimization techniques into the product to ensure the minimal effects of the physical latency of a geo-synchronous network. Over the iDirect network applications such as Voice (VoIP), Oracle, SAP, Citrix, Web, HTTP, SSL, e-Mail, FTP, RTP, H.323, VPN, and others have been successfully used by our customer base. The iDirect solution has all the features and configuration capabilities to be used in both a high bandwidth and low bandwidth applications. In either networks all the iDirect features of traffic engineering, security, protocol optimization, and high-efficiency are not compromised.

Satellite capacity is a Network Operator’s greatest recurring expense in providing IP satellite services. The iDirect technology enables both greater IP performance for end users, and lower satellite costs for the Network Operator, when compared to competing implementations. In certain configurations, the iDirect solution yields up to 80% higher IP throughput over the same satellite capacity when compared to some of the competitive solutions. A Shared Platform Solution-

This is an always on, reliable, two way, high speed satellite internet service offering a large Tier 1 internet backbone, directly from our Swedish teleport. Data rates are offered in a wide range, from this iDirect Technologies powered shared platform.

A Dedicated Service Platform-
Fully Dedicated satellite service uses SCPC (single channel per carrier) to allow one way, full duplex or asymmetrical data rates. This service can be used in point to point or point to multipoint configurations, utilizing compatible satellite modems at each end of the link. SCPC is optimal for medium to large ISPs, large businesses, call centers or any high data rate or real time traffic intensive applications. We can design a rate to fit your needs.
