You want to know more about wireless Internet? See below to learn more
about Wi-Fi, Hotspots, roaming and required equipment.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is short for "wireless fidelity", which is the popular term
for a high-frequency wireless local area network (WLAN). Wi-Fi is
specified in the 802.11 specification from the Institute of Electrical
and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The 802.11 (Wi-Fi) technology operates
between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz range offering data speeds of up to 54
megabits per second.

Wi-Fi allows you to go into a public area and connect to broadband
Internet without plugging in wires. The area where there is a wireless
signal is called a Hotspot.
Roaming
Trustive has made agreements with many Hotspot operators worldwide
so that you can use their network using your Trustive username and
password. This is called roaming.
Trustive offers one of the largest Hotspot networks available. A
complete list of our roaming partners is available here.
Hotspots
A hotspot is a public area (for example an airport, hotel, etc.)
where you can wirelessly access the Internet through a high-speed
Internet connection.
